SHIPPING STATUS
Please note that we ship from various warehouses. You may get more than one package with your order. CLICK HERE TO CHECK STATUS OF YOUR ORDER!
SHIPPING TIME
Please allow up to 4-7 business (Mon-Fri) days for delivery of your items. In some cases due to high order volume, we can take up to 9-10 days to ship, but on rare occasions.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges for new items within 30 days of delivery.
RESOTCKING FEES
We only charge a restocking fee of 15% when items are returned to us for a refund.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non refundable. Please note that we do not refund any shipping for returns and exchanges.
RETURN LABELS
We only offer return labels when we have made a mistake on our end. Please make sure you order your correct size.
