SHIPPING:
Shipping starts at $8.50 for first item and is free when you spend $75 or more
We ship all orders via USPS first class or priority mail when you purchase more than 3 items. All orders will receive a tracking number when item/s ship to email address provided at checkout. You will receive tracking number/s when orders process and this does not mean that items have left warehouse. Tracking will update once item/s leave warehouse so do not panic if items are not showing movement.

Make sure you provide the correct address, including any apartment or building number. If you don't see your package outside your front door, check your mailbox or with your front desk if you live in an apartment or condo.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can start a claim here. If you opted into Checkout+ at checkout, your order is covered by package protection: once approved, we'll replace the item at no extra cost (or issue a refund/store credit if it's out of stock). For damaged items, please include a photo of the damage when you file.
If you opted out of Checkout+, your order is not protected against carrier loss or damage, and we're unable to cover replacements for shipping-related issues. Please inspect your order when it arrives and file any claim within 30 days of the delivery date.

PAYMENT:
We currently accept all major credit cards and Paypal. All Paypal payments must have confirmed address or we will cancel and refund your order. Please make sure all payment information is correct and billing matches the card used in order to prevent any delays. We strictly enforce credit card safety and we do it to protect us and you (customer) from fraudulent transactions.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Not satisfied with your order? You can start a return here. We accept returns for an exchange, store credit or refund on all items except Mystery Packs, which are final sale, and you'll get a $10 bonus when you choose an exchange or store credit. Please, no returns or exchanges after 30 days of receiving your order. Purchasers that opted in for Checkout+ will have free returns; purchasers that opted out are responsible for all return shipping fees. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags, and every return is inspected before it's processed.
ORDER REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:
Refunds are issued when items are not in stock or when items are returned to us. Please allow 2-3 business days for refund to process back to credit cards.
NOTE: SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IF ORDERS WERE SHIPPED.
