 SHIPPING:

Shipping starts at $7.00 for first item and is free when you spend $75 or more 

We ship all orders via USPS first class or priority mail when you purchase more than 3 items. All orders will receive a tracking number when item/s ship to email address provided at checkout. Please note that we ship from various warehouses so you will receive more than one package depending on items ordered from our various vendors. You will receive a tracking number for all and every item in your order. In addition, some items in your order may ship sooner than others, but rest assured that you will receive them. You will receive tracking number/s when orders process and this does not mean that items have left warehouse. Tracking will update once item/s leave warehouse so do not panic if items are not showing movement.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If package shows DELIVERED, we can no longer file a claim. Make sure you provide the correct address. This includes any apartment or building number. ALL stolen or lost mail needs to be reported to post office so they can attempt to locate your package. Check your mailbox or with your front desk if you live in an apartment or condo if you don't see it delivered outside your front door.

----Your two options if not recovered are----

File claim/chargeback with your card company or paypal and we will deal with them directly.

 OR

If order was under $120, we will gladly reship a new package with signature confirmation if package is not recovered after 7 days and you provide a claim number from your USPS or UPS claim.

PAYMENT:
We currently accept all major credit cards and Paypal. All Paypal payments must have confirmed address or we will cancel and refund your order. Please make sure all payment information is correct and billing matches the card used in order to prevent any delays. We strictly enforce credit card safety and we do it to protect us and you (customer) from fraudulent transactions.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Not satisfied with your order? We do accept returns for exchanges or refunds on all non sale items or mystery packs. Please, No returns or exchanges after 30 days of receiving order. You are responsible for shipping items back to us at your expense. All refunds come with 15% restock fee. Shipping is non refundable.

ORDER REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:

Refunds are issued when items are not in stock or when items are returned to us. All cancellations come with a 15% fee to cover processing credit cards and restocking items. Please allow 2-3 business days for refund to process back to credit cards. If you paid with Paypal, there are no cancellation fees and refunds are instant. We will honor full refund for store credit which is sent in the form of a digital gift card to use on a future purchase.

NOTE: SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IF ORDERS WERE SHIPPED.
