Returns & Exchanges

You can start a return here.

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window if you're not satisfied: you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. You can choose an exchange, store credit or a refund, and you'll get a $10 bonus when you choose an exchange or store credit.

Purchasers that opted in for Checkout+ will have free returns. Purchasers that opted out are responsible for all return shipping fees for goods being returned or exchanged. If you're making an exchange, we will cover the shipping to send new items back out to you.

Items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, in original packaging with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains or marks may not be eligible for a refund. Mystery Packs are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

Every return is inspected when it reaches us before your refund, store credit or exchange is processed. If a returned item is deemed unsuitable for a return, Sneaker Threads reserves the right to refuse the return.

If we made a mistake on your order, or an item arrives defective or missing parts, start a return and we will get it correct.

Refunds

There are no refunds on shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged in Transit

You can start a claim here.

If you opted into Checkout+: your order is covered by package protection. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, once approved, we'll replace the item at no extra cost (or issue a refund/store credit if it's out of stock). For damaged items, please include a photo of the damage when you file.

If you opted out of Checkout+: your order is not protected against carrier loss or damage, and we're unable to cover replacements for shipping-related issues.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and file any claim within 30 days of the delivery date.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you live in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start the day you, or someone you name (other than the carrier), receive your order. If your order arrives in several shipments, the 14 days start when you receive the last item.
